Specific immunomodulatory effect of Ganoderma lucidum spore glycopeptide on tumor-bearing mice
To study the specific immunoregulatory effect of Ganoderma lucidum spore glycopeptide on tumor-bearing mice. The S180 tumor-bearing mouse model was established and randomly divided into blank group, model group, positive drug Yunzhi intracellular glycopeptide group, positive drug cyclophosphamide group, and G.lucidum spore glycopeptide was set as low, medium and high(130 mg/kg,260 mg/kg,520 mg/kg)in three dose groups. The effects of G.lucidum spore glycopeptide on specific immunity in mice were studied by the experiments of mouse body weight, tumor weight, main organ weight, white blood cell count and serum hemolysin. The results showed that G.lucidum spore glycopeptide had no unexpected adverse events occurred on mice, could increase the serum half hemolysis value of mice, improve the specific immune function in mice, and increase the white blood cell value.G.lucidum spore glycopeptide could significantly reduce tumor weight. The above results showed that G.lucidum spore glycopeptide had a certain anti-tumor activity and could enhance the specific immune function of tumor-bearing mice without unexpected adverse events occurred.
