Determination of fluoride and chloride anions in rice straw degradation solution by ion chromatography
A method for the determination of fluoride and chloride in rice straw degradation solution by carbonate leaching combined with ion chromatography was established. The sample treatment method was as follows:after shaking and mixing the sample with a vortex instrument, immediately sucked 50 mL of sample, vacuum filtered with C18 solid-phase extraction column, diluted 1 000 times with ultra-pure water, and then determined the fluoride ion and chloride ion in the straw degradation solution. The results showed that fluoride ion and chloride ion in rice straw degradation solution did not interfere with each other, and the separation was good. The linear range of fluoride ion was 0.1-2.0 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.996 0;The linear range of chloride ion was 2.0-40.0 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.998 1.The relative standard deviation of the determination results was 3.0%-5.6%(n=6)for the standard solutions of the corresponding concentrations of two ions. The average recoveries of three straw degradation solution samples were 98.3%-105.1%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.3%-3.4%.The method was rapid, accurate and simple, which was suitable for the determination of fluoride and chloride in rice straw degradation solution.
