基于"钻石模型"对山东水产品加工业的竞争力分析

摘要
水产品加工是山东海洋渔业经济的重要组成部分.运用钻石模型理论,从生产要素、需求条件、相关产业与支持性产业、企业战略结构及竞争、机会和政府等五个主要方面,对山东省水产品加工产业竞争力的影响因素进行分析.结果表明:山东海洋水产品加工基础较好,但在加工效率、技术创新、装备机械化等方面处于劣势.因此,应从发展精深加工、建设产业化基地、培育特色品牌等方面,提升山东水产品加工业竞争力.
Abstract
Aquatic product processing is an important part of Shandong marine fishery economy.It is necessary to identify the factors that affect the competitiveness of aquatic products processing,to enhance the competitiveness of aquatic products processing in Shandong.Based on the Diamond Model theory,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the competitiveness of aquatic products processing industry of Shandong Province,from five main aspects of production factors,demand conditions,related industries and supporting industries,enterprise strategic structure and competition,opportunities and government.The result shows that Shandong marine aquatic products processing has a good foundation,but it is inferior in processing efficiency,technological innovation,equipment mechanization,etc.Therefore,the competitiveness of Shandong aquatic product processing industry should be improved from the aspects of developing intensive processing,building industrial bases,and cultivating distinctive brands.
