Research on stroke control algorithm for agricultural push rod motor
A low-cost stroke control algorithm for agricultural push rod motor was studied and implemented. This algorithm is based on the Hall counting principle, which is achieved by adding two Hall sensors to the ordinary agricultural push rod motor to output two square wave signals during motor operation.During the operation of the motor, each revolution will trigger the Hall sensor to output a pulse signal. The two signals have a phase difference of 90°.The forward and reverse states of the motor can be judged by the phase relationship of the two signals, and the pulse signal can be added or subtracted based on this. The algorithm realizes the automatic control of motor stroke according to the user set stroke percentage,Hall count value, and total stroke Hall count value. This algorithm has the advantages of stable and reliable stroke control, low cost, and suitability for high humidity and dust environments in agriculture. It can be applied to on-site automatic control of related equipment in facility agriculture and field agriculture,as well as remote precise control based on Agricultural Internet of Things.
