Evaluation of the uncertainty components of cadmium content in Lentinula edodes determined by the graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry
According to JJF 1059.1-2012,an analysis of the measurement uncertainty of cadmium content in Lentinula edodes using graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was conducted. The uncertainty primarily arises from five aspects:measurement repeatability, reference materials, sample preparation, linear fitting of the standard curves, and graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometer.A measurement model was established for each aspect, and the relative standard uncertainties were evaluated and calculated as 0.007 43,0.002 68,0.022 75,0.008 66,and 0.000 05 respectively. The combined standard uncertainty was 0.015 1 mg/kg,resulting in the expanded uncertainty of 0.03 mg/kg for the measurement. The results indicate that the most significant factor introducing uncertainty in this experiment is the mass concentration obtained during linear fitting of the standard curve.
