Influence of different factors on the precision of portable nondestructive testing instrument for soluble solid of kiwifruit
In order to explore the influence of cultivar, maturity and sample size on the accuracy of portable non-destructive testing instrument for soluble solid of kiwifruit, the determination coefficient between the non-destructive testing value and the real value of soluble solid of kiwifruit under different cultivars, different post-ripens and different sample size conditions was compared and analyzed. The correlation between some parameters and determination coefficients was analyzed by support vector machine learning regression. The results showed that the determination coefficients of soluble solid in red, yellow and green kiwifruit were different. When red kiwifruit maturity was medium(11.5%<SSC<15.5%),the coefficient of determination was high,up to 0.9,support vector machine regression analysis showed that the correlation index between maturity and coefficient of determination was 0.49.The number of samples would also affect the coefficient of determination, but need to be considered in combination with the cultivar. Therefore, when the portable non-destructive testing instrument was used to determine the soluble solid of kiwifruit, the cultivar, maturity and sample size would have different degrees of influence on the detection accuracy. It was necessary to combine many factors in actual production operation to improve the precision of nondestructive testing.
