目前,增程式电动汽车已成为汽车市场的关注焦点,其中热管理系统的开发更是重中之重.不同于传统燃油汽车,增程式电动汽车的热管理系统相对复杂,不仅涉及高、低温冷却系统的设计匹配,同时也是对电机、电控、电池及其他部件构成的复杂冷却系统的综合应用.文章概述了增程式电动汽车热管理系统的基本构成、系统原理、方案匹配,并通过典型热管理案例分析了热失效模式以及改善方案,以达成系统设计目标.
Range-extended electric vehicles have become the focus of the market,with the development of thermal management systems being of utmost importance.Different from traditional fuel vehicles,the thermal management system of range-extended electric vehicles is relatively com-plex,involving not only the design and matching of high and low temperature cooling systems but also the comprehensive application of a complex cooling system for the motor,electronic control,battery,and other components.The basic composition,system principles,and scheme matching of the ther-mal management system for range-extended electric vehicles are summarized,and thermal failure modes and improvement solutions are analyzed through typical thermal management case to achieve system design objectives.
