车载加热制冷杯托温度的模糊PID控制研究

利用半导体材料的帕尔贴效应,将其应用于车载杯托中,可实现对饮料的加热和制冷.整个车载加热制冷杯托温度控制系统是非线性并且有时延的,故提出了一种基于模糊PID控制的温度控制系统.在对车载加热制冷杯托系统数学模型分析的基础上,建立了基于模糊PID控制的系统仿真模型.仿真结果表明,在加热和制冷工况下,模糊PID控制调节时间短,超调量小,有良好的鲁棒性,可较好地实现温度控制的需求.
Using the Peltier effect of semiconductor materials,it can be applied to car cup holders to achieve heating and cooling of beverages.The entire temperature control system for the car heating and cooling cup holder is nonlinear and has time delays.Therefore,a temperature control sys-tem based on fuzzy PID control is proposed.Based on the mathematical model analysis of the car heat-ing and cooling cup holder system,a simulation model based on fuzzy PID control has been estab-lished.Simulation results show that under heating and cooling conditions,fuzzy PID control has a short adjustment time,small overshoot,and good robustness,which can better meet the temperature control requirements.
