为了预防车身车间铝制零件打磨过程中粉尘爆炸风险,文章依据铝粉防爆试验性研究理论,阐述了车身车间铝粉涉爆原因及防爆方案,结合车身车间铝电池盒项目中铝粉防爆规划经验,论述车身车间铝粉防爆治理措施,为汽车行业内铝粉防爆治理提供借鉴参考.
In order to prevent the risk of dust explosion during the grinding process of alumi-num parts in the body shop,the reasons for aluminum powder explosion and the explosion-proof plan are elaborated based on the theoretical research of aluminum powder explosion prevention.Combining the experience of aluminum powder explosion prevention planning in the aluminum battery box proj-ect of the body shop,the anti-explosion control measures for aluminum powder in the body shop are discussed,providing a reference for explosion prevention management of aluminum powder in the au-tomotive industry.
