On the New Interpretation and Construction of the"Realm"Tradition in 21st Century New Poetry
Since the theory of"realm"formed,the exploration of the connotation,extension,and influence of"realm"in ac-ademia has been extensive.However,because of the lack of clear definition of"realm",the theory of"realm"has been in a state of confusion and ambiguity.Until the 21st century,a group of scholars and poets have broken away from the traditional under-standing of"realm"in the academic community and provided new interpretations of the"realm".They are no longer limited to in-terpreting"realm"from the perspective of"sensory experience",but believe that"realm=state+border",and regard transcen-dence,vastness,completeness,and special effects of language as the unique connotations of"realm",forming a new discovery of"realm".At the same time,some poets and scholars also start to construct new"realm"from two aspects:the poet's realm and the poetic realm.The former is mainly reflected in the poet's sense of responsibility,cosmic consciousness,patriotism,humanis-tic care,and other broad mindedness and lofty sentiments;the latter includes the realm reached by the poetry content and the"language realm"constructed by language,forming a traditional construction path for the"realm"of new poetry,which has im-portant reference significance for the current and future development of poetry.
