Automated decision-making has been widely applied in the field of criminal justice both domestically and interna-tionally,as it aligns with the criminal justice's needs of preventing and combating crime, improving litigation efficiency, and en-suring the fair handling of cases, supported by corresponding concepts and technological conditions. However, the application of automated decision-making in criminal justice may introduce risks related to accuracy, fairness, and ossification.Measures should be taken to regulate automated decision-making to compensate for accuracy, ensure fairness, and resolve ossification, thereby achieving the law-based application of automated decision-making in the field of criminal justice.
