Cultural subjectivity is the concentrated manifestation of national cultural self-consciousness in the cross-cultural perspective,the fundamental support of cultural self-confidence,and the overall picture of national culture.History and reality reveal that Chinese modernization is deeply related to the construction of cultural subjectivity.On the one hand,Chinese modern-ization practice shapes cultural subjectivity:in feudal society,cultural subjectivity is presented in the latent form of the basic spirit of culture.The exploration of modernization by the Communist Party of China has made Chinese cultural subjectivity realize the transformation and evolution from implicit to explicit,and at the same time pushed the construction of cultural subjectivity to a new height in the sense of expanding narrative space.On the other hand,cultural subjectivity provides a positive dynamic force for Chinese modernization:cultural subjectivity strengthens the self-consciousness of Chinese modernization exploration,strengthens the cultural foundation of Chinese modernization,and gives Chinese modernization distinct Chinese characteristics.In terms of action strategy,to continue promoting the construction of cultural subjectivity in the new era,we must deeply under-stand the relationship between Chinese modernization and the co-directional development of cultural subjectivity.It is necessary to adhere to high-quality development and promote Chinese modernization to enrich the economic and social foundation of cul-tural subjectivity.It is also essential to deepen the"second combination",promote the creative transformation and innovative de-velopment of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and create a cultural formation of Chinese modernization that highlights cul-tural subjectivity.
