高性能光伏电缆绝缘料的制备及性能分析

为获得综合性能优异的光伏电缆绝缘料,以聚乙烯(PE)为基材,采用共混工艺将PE、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、阻燃剂和填料进行熔融共混制备出一种光伏电缆绝缘料,并与选取的5 种市售光伏电缆绝缘料进行了组织结构表征和性能对比分析.结果表明:该绝缘料的熔融指数为0.89 g/(10 min),拉伸强度和平均断裂伸长率分别为11.1 MPa和364%,体积电阻率高达2.08×1013 Ω·m.相比于所选取的5 种市售光伏电缆绝缘料,制备得到的绝缘料各项性能均较为优异,具有广阔的实际应用前景.
Preparation and Properties Analysis on Insulation Materials of High-performance Photovoltaic Cable
In order to obtain photovoltaic cable insulation materials with excellent comprehensive performance,polyethy-lene(PE)was used as the substrate,and a blending process was used to melt and blend PE,ethylene vinyl acetate co-polymer(EVA),flame retardant,and filler to prepare a photovoltaic cable insulation material.The microstructure char-acterization and performance comparison analysis were carried out with five selected commercial photovoltaic cable insu-lation materials.The results show that the melting index of the insulation material is 0.89 g/(10 min),the tensile strength and average elongation at break are 11.1 MPa and 364%respectively,and the volume resistivity is as high as 2.08×1013 Ω·m.Compared to the five selected commercial photovoltaic cable insulation materials,the prepared insu-lation materials have excellent performance in all aspects and have broad practical application prospects.
