摘要

采用复合材料导风栏杆替代金属导风栏杆,主要用于铁路桥梁挡风.相比原钢制导风栏杆,复合材料导风栏杆可减重约50%.采用ABAQUS6.11 软件对复合材料导风栏杆进行有限元分析,并进行实验验证.结果表明:该复合材料导风栏杆的强度满足技术要求,复合材料导风栏杆在集中载荷和疲劳载荷下均满足设计要求,该新型复合材料导风栏杆具有足够的安全性.

Abstract

Replacing metal wind guide railings with composite material wind guide railings are mainly used for wind pro-tection of railway bridges.Compared to the original steel guided wind railing,the composite material guide wind railing can reduce weight by about 50%.Finite element analysis and experimental verification were conducted on composite wind guide railings using ABAQUS6.11 software.The results show that the strength of the composite material wind guide railing meets the technical requirements,and the composite material wind guide railing meets the design requirements under both concentrated and fatigue loads.The new composite material wind guide railing has sufficient safety.
