Research on the Welding Process of PFA Curved Surface
Taking polyfluoroalkoxy(PFA)as the research object,a study on PFA curved surface welding technology was conducted to address the difficulty of plastic welding with curved shapes.The difficulties and welding processes in weld-ing plastic parts with PFA curved surface shapes were elaborated.The main factors that affect the seamless welding effect of curved surfaces,such as welding distance,heating temperature,ambient temperature,air flow,heat transfer direc-tion,and heating mode of curved surfaces were analyzed.The results show that in a windless or vacuum environment,the ambient temperature is 30℃,the heating distance is set to 2 mm,the heating temperature is 450℃,the curved heating plate is set to four layers with different power compensations between the inner and outer rings,and the PFA product to be welded is installed in the up and down horizontal direction,which can achieve seamless welding of curved surfaces.
