耐热级ABS树脂性能影响因素研究

对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂进行改性,考察了不同含量的耐热剂(MS-NB)、不同种类相容剂(HPC-20、KT-22),以及不同加工条件对耐热级ABS树脂性能的影响.结果表明:耐热剂含量增加,可以增强ABS树脂的耐热性能和弯曲强度,使拉伸屈服强度及流动性能下降,但对弯曲模量无影响;相容剂HPC-20可提高耐热级ABS树脂的力学性能和流动性,KT-22则起相反作用;加工条件对材料耐热性无影响,主机转速高,材料弯曲性能优,而中剪切强度时,低转速的弯曲性能及流动性能更好;冲击强度随着剪切强度的升高而升高.随着螺杆挤出工段温度提升,材料的力学性能和耐热性均呈下降趋势.
Study on Influencing Factors of Properties of Heat-resistant ABS Resin
The acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)resin was modified,and the effects of different contents of heat-re-sistant agent(MS-NB),different types of compatibilizers(HPC-20,KT-22),and different processing conditions on the properties of heat-resistant ABS resin were investigated.The results show that with the increase of heat-resistant agent con-tent,the heat resistance and bending strength of ABS resin increase,while the tensile yield strength and flow property decrease,and the bending modulus is not affected.Compatibilizer HPC-20 can improve the mechanical properties and fluidity of heat-resistant ABS resin,while KT-22 has the opposite effect.The processing conditions have no effect on the heat resistance of the material.When the main engine speed is high,the bending property of the material is excellent.However,when the bending property and flow property are better at low speed at medium shear strength.The impact strength increases with the increase of shear strength.The mechanical properties and heat resistance of the material decreased with the increase of the temperature of extrusion section.
