聚丙烯改性对汽车保险杠注塑成型和力学性能的影响

改性聚丙烯(PP)作为注塑保险杠的原材料,其熔融结晶行为和熔体流变行为会对保险杠的注塑成型周期和力学性能产生直接影响.通过差示扫描量热、扫描电子显微镜、毛细管流变、注塑流长及力学性能检测等方法对不同改性PP进行分析.结果表明:采用高熔融指数PP、高熔融指数聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和润滑剂可以提高改性PP的流动性;同时,具有乙烯-辛烯共聚物(EOR)结构的高熔融指数POE可降低改性PP的熔融温度;此外,成核剂可提高结晶温度和力学性能.在多方面的复合作用下,改性PP的综合性能有所提高,成功制备了可降低注塑成型周期的保险杠用改性PP.保险杠注塑成型周期从78 s缩短至62 s,工作效率提高约20%.
The Influence of Modified Polypropylene on Injection Molding and Mechanical Properties of Automobile Bumper
As a raw material for injection molding bumpers,the melt crystallization behavior and melt rheological behav-ior of modified polypropylene(PP)will have a direct impact on the injection molding cycle and mechanical properties of the bumper.Different modified PP are analyzed through differential scanning calorimetry,scanning electron microscopy,capillary rheology,injection molding flow length and mechanical properties.The results show that the use of high melt index PP,high melt index polyolefin elastomer(POE),and lubricants can improve the fluidity of modified PP.At the same time,high melt index POE with ethylene octene copolymer(EOR)structure can reduce the melting temperature of modified PP.In addition,nucleating agent improves crystallization temperature and mechanical properties.Under vari-ous composite effects,the comprehensive performance of modified PP has been improved,and a modified PP for bumper that can reduce injection molding cycle has been successfully prepared.The injection molding cycle of the bumper has been shortened from 78 s to 62 s,and the working efficiency has been improved by about 20%.
