摘要

聚合催化剂是乙烯聚合工艺的关键和核心,其品质的优劣直接关系到聚合反应的稳定.主要对S型淤浆催化剂在Unipol气相流化床聚乙烯工艺中的应用进行研究,分析总结S型淤浆催化剂的优势和不足.结果表明:与早期的A型淤浆催化剂比较,S型淤浆催化剂在聚合反应时更加平稳可控,产出的树脂粉料的堆积密度更高,粉料的流动性能更好,粉料产品中细粉少,更加适合Unipol气相流化床装置高负荷长周期稳定运行.

Abstract

The polymerization catalyst is the key and core of the ethylene polymerization process,and its quality directly affects the stability of the polymerization reaction.This article mainly studies the application of S-type slurry catalyst in Unipol gas-phase fluidized bed polyethylene process,analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of S-type slurry catalyst.The results show that compared with the early A-type slurry catalyst,the S-type slurry catalyst is more stable and controllable in the polymerization reaction,produces higher packing density of resin powder,better flow-ability of powder,and has less fine powder in the powder product.It is more suitable for the high load,long-term stable operation of Unipol gas-phase fluidized bed reactor.
