Based on the mathematical model of weight-critical size of extrusion blow molded products,a quality control algorithm for blow molded products is constructed.This algorithm can judge the quality status of the products according to the weight information of the blow molded products,and output the adjustment opinions of the process parameters of blow molding,so as to achieve effective control of the quality of the products,and the correctness and feasibility of the test are verified.
