摘要
简易体能测试量表(short physical performance battery,SPPB)是一种客观测量老年人平衡、下肢力量及身体活动功能的工具.对心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)患者进行SPPB测验,不仅可以评估HF患者的身体功能,提供康复方案,还可以预测患者的临床结局.本文就SPPB在HF患者中的应用进行综述,以期为患者提供更佳的治疗策略,提高HF患者的生活质量.
Abstract
The short physical performance battery(SPPB)is an objective tool to measure balance,lower limb strength and physical function in the elderly.In recent years,it has been found that the SPPB in heart failure(HF)patients can not only assess the physical performance of the patients to develop rehabilitation programs,but also predict the clinical outcome of them.This article reviews the application of SPPB in patients with heart failure,in order to provide better treatment strategies for patients and improve their quality of life.
