摘要
减容治疗是下肢动脉闭塞疾病腔内治疗的发展热点.随着器材的更新,减容方法不断丰富,但每种减容装置有其独特的优势与不足.临床医生应根据病变的特点及各种治疗方法的性价比选择最佳的治措施.
Abstract
Debulking therapy is a hot spot in the development of endovascular treatment of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease.With the update of equipment,the debulking methods are constantly enriched,but each debulking device has its own unique advantages and disadvantages.Clinicians should choose the best treatment method according to the characteristics of the lesion and the cost-effectiveness of various treatment methods.
