城市数字治理中的人机物协同机理研究

近年来随着信息化、数字化与智慧化的快速推进,智慧城市和城市大脑等成为数字化转型的前沿应用场景,但是面临数字空间、物理空间和社会空间如何有机协同的全新挑战,其中,人机物三者有机协同以及协同后的有效性和敏捷性是城市数字治理中的最大难点.采用多学科交叉的研究策略,建构城市数字治理中的人机物全要素协同系统模型,探索在数字化转型过程中的人机物系统各要素间的多元协作、资源共享与相互依赖三大协同机制,探究技术、组织与制度层面的人机物协同条件,并以上海为例进行实证分析,为实现"以人为中心"的城市智慧治理提供参考依据.
Human-cyber-physical Systems Collaboration of Megacities Digital Governance
In recent years,with the rapid advancement of informatization,digitalization and intelligence,smart cities and urban brains have become the frontier application scenarios of digital transformation.But they are faced with the new challenge of how to collaborate organically among cyber space,physical space and social space.The biggest difficulty is the organic collaboration among human,cyber and physical systems,and the effectiveness and agility after collaboration among them.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the mechanism of human-cyber-physical systems collaboration in the context of governance.This article adopts interdisciplinary research strategy to explore the internal mechanism of human-cyber-physical systems collaboration in the process of megacitiesdigital trans-formation.Upon above studies,a basic theory of smart city will be built to analyze the mechanisms,that is,hu-man-cyber-physical systems collaboration of megacities digital governance.It also proposes three collaborative mechanisms includes multilevel collaboration,resource sharing and interdependency.Base on an empirical analysis of taking Shanghai as an example,it will make innovative progress in smart governance of super-large cities,which has important theoretical significance and application value for realizing"human-centered"urban smart governance.
