Analysis on the Law of Return Change from the Perspective of Factor Evolution:Transition from Real Physical World to the Virtual Metaverse
Human economic activities have evolved from the agricultural society to the digital economy society,and then enter into the metaverse space.This process is accompanied by the change of element form from tangible elements to intangible elements.In this process,the pro-portion of tangible elements is relatively decreased,while the proportion of intangible elements is relatively increased.At the same time,the factor evolution has led to changes in the direction of return.Furthermore,the specific direction of return depends on the human development direc-tion and focus in a mixed world of physical world and virtual world.The changes of factors in the real world and the Metaverse,and the changes in return caused by them further reveal that the relationship between the law of diminishing returns and the law of increasing returns is not oppo-site,but mutual restriction and influence.Those two laws coexist in the mixed world,and have different effects on economic development.
