摘要
中国式现代化是继西方式现代化以来对人类文明的重大贡献.如果说西方式现代化开辟了资本主义文明的新形态,那么中国式现代化则开辟了社会主义文明的新形态.中国的国情决定了中国式现代化本身就包含着开辟人类文明新形态的内涵与力量.解读中国式现代化的方法论基础就是马克思、恩格斯提出的"历史与逻辑的统一".中国经历了从中国的现代化向中国式现代化的飞跃.作为模式的中国现代化成为世界百年未有之大变局来临之际最为重要的标志.中国式现代化具有其特定的本质属性和基本内涵.习近平总书记提出的"1+5"论断是理解中国式现代化的根基.从学理层面来说,"公"与"共"是中国式现代化所开辟的文明新形态的两大基点:"公"侧重于制度,"共"侧重于行动.中国式现代化所开辟的人类文明新形态揭示了这样一个道理:现代化不是"独荣",而是"共荣";现代化不是"单赢",而是"共赢";现代化不是"独享",而是"共享".
Abstract
Chinese path to modernization is a major contribution to human civilization follow-ing Western modernization.If Western modernization has opened up a new form of capitalist civi-lization,then Chinese path to modernization has opened up a new form of socialist civilization.China's national conditions determine that Chinese path to modernization itself contains the con-notation and power of opening up a new form of human civilization.The methodological basis for interpreting Chinese path to modernization is"the unity of history and logic"proposed by Marx and Engels.China has experienced a leap from Chinese modernization to Chinese path to modern-ization.As a model,Chinese path to modernization has become the most important symbol of the advent of the profound changes unseen in a century.Chinese path to modernization has its specific essential attributes and basic characteristics.The"1+5"proposition proposed by Xi Jinping is the theoretical basis for our understanding of Chinese path to modernization.From a theoretical perspective,"public"and"shared"are the two basic points of the new form of civilization opened up by Chinese path to modernization:"public"focuses on the system,and"shared"focuses on action.The new form of human civilization opened up by Chinese path to modernization reveals such a truth:modernization is not"sole glory"but"shared prosperity";modernization is not"single win"but"shared win";modernization is not"exclusive enjoyment"but"shared sharing".
