Objective:To prepare a medicinal tea of Qishen Polypill by combining Huangqi,Dangshen,Huangjing and Shanyao to replenish Qi and invigorate spleen.Methods:The aroma,taste and decoction color of medicinal tea prod-ucts were investigated with different herbal compatibility,brewing time,brewing water consumption and brewing times,and the formulation process of medicinal tea was optimized.Results:A series of preparation methods of medicinal tea with different tastes were constructed,including original taste,licorice taste,dried tangerine peel taste,hawthorn taste and ju-jube taste polypill tea bags.During the brewing,the optimal water consumption was 80 ml,the optimal times was 3 times,and the optimal duration was 15 mins.Conclusion:The sensory evaluation of Qishen Polypill tea bags with different water consumption and times of brewing is carried out to provide effective guidance for the use of polypill tea bags.
