Analysis on the rules of application of insufflation of powder drug in the treatment of laryngeal swelling,pain and occlusion in Youshi Houke Mishu
Objective:To explore the medication application rules of insufflation of powder drug in the treatment of la-ryngeal swelling,pain and occlusion in Youshi Houke Mishu by using data mining technology.Methods:The prescriptions of insufflation of powder drug that met the inclusion criteria were selected.WPS Office2023,SPSS Statistics 25.0 and SPSS Molder 18.0 were used to establish a database,and the frequency statistical analysis,association rule analysis,network link analysis,cluster analysis,etc.,were carried out to discover the medication application rules.Results:A total of 19 prescriptions were included,involving 43 drugs.The total frequency of drug use was 137 times,and there were 14 drugs used more than 3 times,including Bingpian,Bohe,Gancao,Baifan,Pengsha,Ercha,Mangxiao,Puhuang,Qingdai,etc.The most frequently used were awaking drugs,drugs for relieving exterior disorder,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and drugs for clearing heat.A total of 236 association rules were obtained by association rule analysis.In cluster analysis,the distance was set as 20,and a total of 4 groups of couplet medicines were obtained,namely.C1:Ercha,Zhenzhu,Longgu,Huanglian,and Huangbai,which were used for clearing heat and cooling blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.C2:Baifan and Niuhuang,which were mainly used for clearing heat and eliminating phlegm,stopping bleeding and relieving pain.C3:Bingpian and Puhuang,which were used for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,detoxification and relieving pain.C4:Bohe,Qingdai,Pengsha,Mangxiao and Gancao,which were used for clearing heat and removing phlegm,dissipating stagnation and relieving pain.Conclusion:In the treatment of laryngeal diseases in Youshi Houke Mishu,the main method is"clearing the fire with pungent and cool drugs,activating blood and dissipating phlegm",and the fundamental principle for treatment is"taking both root cause and manifestations into account,modifying the prescription according to the symptoms",which have the advantages of treatment chosen according to the variability of an individual,and are worth further exploration.
