国医大师韩明向基于"金水相生,培土生金"理论论治间质性肺疾病

中文摘要：间质性肺疾病是一组弥漫性肺实质浸润性疾病,其共同特征为炎症浸润、纤维化、细胞增殖等病理变化累及肺间质,目前西医对该病的治疗有一定的局限.间质性肺疾病属中医学"肺痿"范畴,为肺脏的慢性虚损性疾患.国医大师韩明向认为气阴两虚是本病的基本病机,贯穿疾病始终,其中气虚责之于肺脾肾,阴虚责之于肺胃肾.基于本病的基本病机及五行相生理论,韩教授喜用金水相生及培土生金法施治,补肺肾之气、滋肺肾之阴,或补脾肺之气、益肺胃之阴,从而达到益气养阴的目的,临床上取得了良好疗效.

外文摘要：Interstitial lung disease is a group of diffuse pulmonary parenchymal infiltrative diseases,which are char-acterized by inflammatory infiltration,fibrosis,cell proliferation and other pathological changes involving the lung intersti-tium.At present,the treatment of this disease by western medicine has certain limitations.Interstitial lung disease belongs to the category of"feiwei"in traditional Chinese medicine,which is a chronic and consumptive disease of lung.Han Mingx-iang,the master of traditional Chinese medicine,believes that both deficiency of Qi and Yin is the basic pathogenesis of this disease,which runs through the whole process of the disease.Qi deficiency lies in the lung,spleen and kidney,and Yin de-ficiency lies in the lung,stomach and kidney.Based on the basic pathogenesis of this disease and the theory of five elements generation,Professor Han prefers to use the method of"metal generating water"and"reinforcing earth to generate metal"for the treatment of this disease,which can tonify Qi of the lung and kidney and nourish Yin of the lung and kidney,or tonify Qi of the spleen and lung and nourish Yin of the lung and stomach,so as to achieve the purpose of tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin.This has achieved good clinical effect.
