Clinical observation of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Deanxit in the treat-ment of functional dyspepsia with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 84 patients with functional dyspepsia with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome who were treated in the chronic disease clinic of Dunhuang Hospital in Gansu Province from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(Deanxit)and the study group(Chaihu Shugan Powder+Deanxit),with 42 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,anxiety and depression score,improvement rate,recovery time of gastrointesti-nal function,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of abdominal discomfort,abdominal distension and belching,HAMD and HAMA scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05).The above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The recovery time of gastrointes-tinal function and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ad-verse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).It disappeared completely after symptomatic intervention.Conclusion:The application of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome can play a significant clinical effect,promote the improvement of patients'symptoms,and has high drug safety.
