Clinical study of Buqi Yishen Huoxue Formula combined with acupuncture in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Buqi Yishen Huoxue Formula combined with acupuncture in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head,so as to help more patients find more appropriate treatment plans and in-tervention strategies.Methods:A total of 62 patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head who were admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission and treatment,with 31 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Buqi Yishen Huoxue Formula combined with acupuncture on the treatment basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the hip joint Harris score,visual analogue scale of pain degree(VAS)and quality of life scale score(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the hip joint Harris scores and SF-36 scores of the two groups increased,and the VAS scores decreased.The above indexes of the observation group were bet-ter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Buqi Yishen Huoxue Formula combined with acupuncture has been widely used in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head because of its pertinence and refinement.It not only improves the patient's hip joint recovery,but also reduces the pain of patients and improves the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of continuous promotion and application in clinical practice.
