Exploration of the treatment experience of Jiaomei Decoction for anal sinusitis based on the"the liver governing tendon"
Anal sinusitis is an acute or chronic inflammatory disease that occurs in anal sinus,anal valve and anal gland.Repeated inflammatory stimulation can easily cause patients to have endless defecation,heavy and distention feel-ing,foreign body sensation and pain.According to relevant literature,a large proportion of anorectal diseases originate from anal sinusitis,so early diagnosis and treatment of anal sinusitis are very important.Professor Xie Lizi believes that the ano-rectal mucosa and surrounding blood vessels and lymph all belong to the category of"tendon"in traditional Chinese medi-cine.The liver governs tendon,therefore,the Jiaomei Decoction with warming the liver and dispelling cold,softening the liver and relieving the urgency,and astringing the liver-Yin is often used in clinical practice.Treatment from the liver can relieve or cure anal sinusitis,which provides a new idea for clinical treatment of anal sinusitis.
