支气管哮喘是一种有"宿根"的反复发作、病情迁延难愈的疾病,朱慧志主任认为支气管哮喘病机属一虚两实,一虚归咎于肾气不固,两实归咎于痰饮伏藏、瘀阻肺络.哮病论治应当"两顾其虚",一虚乃虚邪,一虚乃本虚,所谓"邪之所凑,其气必虚""虚邪贼风,避之有时""攻击宜详审,正气须保护".阳和平喘颗粒由阳和汤化裁而来,由熟地黄、鹿角片、蜜麻黄、旋覆花、炒白芥子、葶苈子、地龙、制五味子、当归组成,是针对肾虚、伏痰、瘀血而设,具有补肾纳气、宣肺平喘、活血化痰虚实并举之功.临床上根据不同病因病机选方加减用药治疗哮喘,取得良好疗效.
Clinical characteristics of Zhu Huizhi in treating bronchial asthma with Yanghe Pingchuan Granules
Bronchial asthma is a kind of disease with"permanent root causes",repeated attacks and difficulty to cure.Director Zhu Huizhi believes that the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma belongs to one deficiency and two excesses.One defi-ciency refers to unconsolidation of the kidney-Qi;two excesses refer to the accumulation of phlegm and retained fluid and obstruction of blood stasis in the lung collaterals.The treatment of asthma should be focused on exogenous and endogenous deficient factors,the so-called"exogenous pathogenic factors make the healthy Qi deficient","exogenous wind-evil should be avoided"and"healthy Qi should be protected when fighting against the exogenous pathogenic factors".Yanghe Pingchuan Granules are modified from Yanghe Decoction,which are composed of Shudihuang,Lujiaopian,honey Mahuang,Xuan-fuhua,stir-fried Baijiezi,Tinglizi,Dilong,processed Wuweizi and Danggui.The medicine is designed for kidney deficiency,long-standing phlegm and blood stasis,and has the functions of treating both deficiency and excess of tonifying kidney and re-ceiving Qi,freeing lung and relieving asthma,and activating blood circulation and eliminating phlegm.In clinic,according to different etiology and pathogenesis,the modified prescriptions are used to treat asthma,and good effect is obtained.
