Exploration of reconstructing differentiation and treatment system of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue for exogenous heat diseases in traditional Chinese medicine
Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in treating exogenous heat diseases,but the commonly used methods for treating exogenous heat diseases are not unified.Therefore,it is imperative to establish a systematic and mature treatment system.Guided by the theory of Yin and Yang,it is feasible to construct a differentiation and treatment system of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue for exogenous heat diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.The traditional differentiation and treatment system of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue could be further divided into Yin and Yang of Wei(Yin syndrome of Wei-fen,Yang syn-drome of Wei-fen),Yin and Yang of Qi(Yin syndrome of Qi-fen,Yang syndrome of Qi-fen),Yin and Yang of Ying(Yin syndrome of Ying-fen,Yang syndrome of Ying-fen),and Yin and Yang of Blood(Yin syndrome of Blood-fen,Yang syn-drome of Blood-fen).Thus,it is possible to construct the differentiation and treatment theory of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue for ex-ogenous heat diseases guided by Yin and Yang theory.This promotes the development of the discipline of exogenous heat diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,drives the integration of traditonal Chinese medicine courses,facilitate the mas-tery of clinical diagnosis and treatment skills,and gives full play to its clinical guidance value.
