Visualized analysis of related researches on Chaihu Guizhi Decoction based on CiteSpace
Objective:To visualize the literature data of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction by using CiteSpace 6.4.2 software,and to study the development trend and focus of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction.Methods:The literature related to Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in CNKI database was searched from January 1,2013 to June 30,2023.The format was exported as Refworks,and the data were entered into CiteSpace 6.4.2 software to generate the mapping knowledge domain of authors,research in-stitutions and keywords.Results:A total of 490 relevant articles and 298 authors were included,of which Wang Qingguo published the largest number of articles(14).In terms of the number of publications,Beijing University of Chinese Medi-cine(19 articles)ranked first,followed by Shandong University of Chinese Medicine(11articles)and Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine(10 articles).A total of 227 keywords were involved,and the top three were classical prescription(48 times),famous doctors′ experience(30 times),and Treatise on Febrile Diseases(18times).Keyword cluster analysis showed that a total of 9 clusters were obtained,namely classical prescription,famous doctors′ experience,Xiaochuhu De-coction,Treatise on Febrile Diseases,review,coronary heart disease,insomnia,headache and medical records.Conclu-sion:The clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction is still a hot topic of current research.Chaihu Guizhi Decoction can not only treat emotional depression and exogenous fever,but also have good curative effect on angina pectoris,spleen and stomach system diseases and endocrine system diseases;at the same time,based on pharmacological metabolism re-searches,Chaihu Guizhi Decoction has been found to have anti-tumor and immune-regulating functions.However,the re-search teams are not closely connected and do not form an extensive cooperation network.
