Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture assisted treatment in laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal perforation.Methods:63 patients with gastroduodenal perforation were randomly divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(32 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture at bilateral Quchi,Hegu,Neiguan,Yinlingquan,Zusanli,Shangjuxu and Xiajuxu on the basis of routine treatment, once a day,30 min a time, for 4 days. The postoperative inflammatory markers C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),first ventilation time, defecation time,postopera-tive hospitalization time, postoperative complications and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results:The postoperative inflammation index recovery of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the first postoperative ventilation time, defecation time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic repair combined with acupuncture in the treatment of gastroduodenal perforation has definite clinical effect, which can reduce postoperative inflammatory response and improve postoperative intestinal function recovery.
