Exploration of the medication rules of Yao Shou'en in the treatment of urticaria based on data mining technology
Objective:To analyze and explore the medication rules of Yao Shou'en in the treatment of urticaria by us-ing data mining technology.Methods:Through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing system V 3.0 soft-ware,the medical records of Yao Shou'en in the treatment of urticaria were collected,and the data were entered into the software.Data mining for statistics of four natures and five flavors,drug frequency statistics and association rule analysis of the entered prescriptions were carried out,and the medication rules were analyzed.Results:A total of 3418 prescriptions were included,involving 282 Chinese herbs.The most frequently used drugs were Fangfeng,Fuping,Fuling,Gancao,fried Baizhu,etc.The main medicinal properties were warm,cold and mild,the main medicinal flavors were sweet,pun-gent and bitter,and the channel tropism was lung channel,spleen channel,liver channel,heart channel and kidney chan-nel.The common couplet medicines were"Fangfeng-Fuping""Fangfeng-Fuling""Fuping-Fuling"and"Fangfeng,Fuping-Fuling",etc.Three new prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis,and their effects were mainly dispersing wind and dispelling cold,clearing heat and relieving exterior syndrome,cooling blood,and replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen.Conclusion:Yao Shou'en believes that pathogenic factor of wind is the key to the incidence of urticaria.Exogenous patho-genic factor invading the lung and diet damaging the spleen can cause Qi and blood deficiency and loss of Yin-blood,which can lead to appearance of wind and dryness.Besides,the external pathogenic wind is another key cause.The treatment is based on dissipating the wind and dispelling the cold,clearing the heat and tonifying the lung,and invigorating the spleen and supplementing Qi,combined with moistening the dryness and dispelling the wind.
