Analysis of master of Chinese medicine Han Mingxiang's experience in treating pulmonary nodules based on"deficiency-depression-blood stasis-toxin"
Traditional Chinese medicine theory believes that the formation of pulmonary nodules is related to many factors,including congenital constitutional insufficiency,improper diet,emotional disorders,individual physical differ-ences and environmental factors.With the changes of modern living environment and constitution,the detection rate of pul-monary nodules shows an increasing trend.At present,sub-health is common,the number of people with bad eating habits increases,the living environment is easily stimulated by bad air and smoke,and the number of patients with hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia increases.People develop a biased constitution and are prone to nodules.Therefore,early prevention and treatment of pulmonary nodules is of great benefit,and the diagnosis and treatment methods also need to be further opti-mized.Professor Han Mingxiang believes that the key cause of pulmonary nodules is lung-Qi deficiency.The failure of dis-persing and descending function of the lung will lead to disorder of Qi activity of five zang-organs,especially the failure of dispersing and discharging of the liver.The dysfunction of storing blood of the liver and aggravated disorder of transportation and transformation of Qi and blood will bring endogenous phlegm-dampness,which will become the stagnation at last.In addition,the deficiency of healthy Qi is easy to cause the accumulation of pathogenic factors and damage the lung-Yin,which is closely linked with pathological factors such as phlegm and blood stasis,and further reduces blood stasis and poi-sons leading to malignant nodules.Based on the theory of"deficiency-depression-blood stasis-toxin",Prof.Han Mingxiang treats pulmonary nodules from the point of syndrome and constitution with supplementing and strengthening healthy Qi and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease as the key points,with clearing heat and detoxifying,softening hard-ness and dispersing mass as the basis,and with dissipating phlegm and dredging collaterals,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the main line,which can achieve the purposes of"preventing disease first,preventing disease from changing"and"seeking the root of disease".
