目的:通过Meta分析探讨中医药治疗经内镜下大肠息肉切除术后患者的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供循证医学依据.方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed和Web of Science公开发表的中医药治疗经内镜下大肠息肉切除术后的随机对照试验(RCT)文献,检索时限为建库至2023年9月.结果:采用RevMan 5.4.1软件进行Meta分析,结果显示,中医药治疗经内镜下大肠息肉切除术后总有效率高于西医常规疗法[OR=6.92,95%CI(4.55,10.54),P<0.000 01],能明显降低术后半年复发率[OR=0.31,95%CI(0.22,0.44),P<0.000 01]及术后 1年复发率[OR=0.38,95%CI(0.29,0.49),P<0.000 01],有效改善总症状积分[MD=-2.34,95%CI(-3.43,-1.25),P<0.000 01];腹痛积分[MD=-0.14,95%CI(-0.40,-0.12),P=0.28]、腹胀积分[MD=-0.19,95%CI(-0.48,-0.09),P=0.19]与西医常规疗法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:中医药对经内镜下大肠息肉切除术后患者具有较好的临床疗效.
Meta-analysis of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on colorectal polypectomy
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pa-tients with colorectal polyps after endoscopic polypectomy by meta-analysis,and to provide evidence-based medicine basis for clinical treatment.Methods:The RCT literature published in CNKI,CBM,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed and Web of Science for the treatment of endoscopic colorectal polypectomy with traditional Chinese medicine were searched.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to September 2023.Results:RevMan 5.4.1 software was used for meta-analysis.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment of endoscopic colorectal polypectomy with traditional Chinese medicine was higher than that of conventional western medicine treatment[OR=6.92,95%CI(4.55,10.54),P<0.000 01].It could significantly reduce the recurrence rate at half a year after operation[OR=0.31,95%CI(0.22,0.44),P<0.000 01]and one year after operation[OR=0.38,95%CI(0.29,0.49),P<0.000 01],and effectively improve the total symptom score[MD=-2.34,95%CI(-3.43,-1.25),P<0.000 01].Compared with conventional western medicine therapy,there was no significant difference in abdominal pain score[MD=-0.14,95%CI(-0.40,-0.12),P=0.28]and abdominal dis-tension score[MD=-0.19,95%CI(-0.48,-0.09),P=0.19](P>0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical curative effect on patients after endoscopic colorectal polypectomy.
