Study on multi-index quality evaluation of Huangqi from different producing areas
Objective:To evaluate the quality of Huangqi samples from 12 different producing areas.Methods:12 Huangqi samples from Gansu,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia and Ningxia were multidimensionally analyzed with 8 indexes,in-cluding total polysaccharide,total flavones,total saponins,calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,calycosin,formononetin,ononin and astragaloside,and the correlation of 8 indexes was investigated.Results:The calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside content of 3 samples and the astragaloside content of 8 samples did not meet the requirements stipulated in the Pharmaco-poeia of the People's Republic of China(2020 edition).The contents(mg/g)of total polysaccharide,total flavones,total sa-ponins,calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,calycosin,formononetin,ononin and astragaloside in Huangqi samples from 12 different producing areas were 13.389~68.777,3.132~4.408,6.761~18.284.0.143~0.374,0.023~0.169,0.020~0.119,0.044~0.110,and 0.051~1.399 mg/g,respectively.There was a positive correlation between the content of ononin and the content of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(r=0.838),and the content of formononetin and the content of calycosin(r=0.973).There was no correlation between the content of astragaloside and the other 7 indexes.Conclusion:The chemical content and quality of Huangqi from different producing areas are significantly different,so it is necessary to pay attention to its diameter when purchasing Huangqi herbs.
