Evaluation and influencing factors of post practice ability of professional degree postgraduates in Chinese pharmacy
Objective:To understand the current situation of post practical ability of postgraduates with professional de-gree in Chinese pharmacy,analyze the influencing factors,and explore the improvement path of post practical ability.Meth-ods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 214 postgraduates with professional degree of Chinese pharmacy from several universities of traditional Chinese medicine as the research objects.The general information questionnaire and the self-designed post practical ability evaluation scale were used to investigate.Results:A total of 209 survey data of professional degree postgraduates majoring in Chinese pharmacy were collected,and the score of post practice ability was(91.05±21.20),of which the score of scientific research ability was(26.61±3.05),the score of professional learning ability was(32.05±7.91)and the score of career development ability was(32.39±10.24).Through multiple linear regression analysis,it could be seen that the grade of professional degree postgraduates in Chinese pharmacy,a clear employment direction and the way to obtain practical experience had a significant impact on their post practical ability.Conclusion:The following ways can be used to im-prove the post practice ability of professional degree postgraduates in Chinese pharmacy,such as optimizing the course struc-ture to improve students' professional learning ability,innovating double tutor training model for professional degree post-graduates,and exploring the individualized practice education model with project research as the link.
