新安医家唐竹轩医案内科证治特色述要

通过研读古籍《唐竹轩先生医案》《舟山医案》,总结归纳清代新安医家唐竹轩的内科证治特色.综合分析唐氏224首内科杂证验方发现,唐氏临证特色有四,即专于明证,重视辨病辨证辨经;执繁就简,倡用药平正轻灵;调理肺脾,尤强调益气扶正;巧用报使,注重药物的炮制方法.目前中国知网仅有1篇唐竹轩的相关研究文献,唐氏仍有较多的证治特点及临证经验亟待探讨.从唐氏生平、著作概况、证治特色等方面展开研究,有利于完善对其学术思想体系的整体认识,也对临证有所启发参考.
Characteristics of internal medicine syndrome and treatment in Xin'an doctor Tang Zhuxuan's consilia
By studying Doctor Tang Zhuxuan's Consilia and Zhoushan Consilia,the characteristics of internal medi-cine syndrome and treatment of Tang Zhuxuan,a Xin'an doctor in the Qing Dynasty,is summarized.The comprehensive analysis of Tang's 224 proved recipes for miscellaneous syndromes of internal medicine shows that there are four character-istics in Tang's clinical syndrome and treatment,that is,focusing on clear syndrome and emphasizing differentiation of dis-ease,syndrome and meridian;handling complexity by simplicity and using mild and light drugs;regulating lung and spleen and especially emphasizing supporting healthy Qi;using guiding medicinal herbs skillfully and paying attention to the pro-cessing method of medicinal herbs.At present,there is only one research paper on Tang Zhuxuan on CNKI,and there are still many characteristics and clinical experience of Tang's syndrome and treatment to be discussed.The study of Tang's life,his works and the characteristics of syndrome and treatment will help to improve the overall understanding of his aca-demic ideology and provide some inspiration for clinical diagnosis.
