基于"肾脑相济"理论与线粒体稳态相关性探讨补肾方药治疗阿尔茨海默病的机制

阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种与年龄密切相关的神经退行性疾病,机体进程性的衰老是导致AD发生的因素之一,脑内能量代谢异常、神经元损伤或凋亡则是其主要病理特征.现代研究表明,上述三者的发生与线粒体稳态失衡存在着紧密的联系.中医学认为AD责之于"肾脑失济",补肾填精是根本治疗之法.基于"肾脑相济"理论及现代研究,探究"肾脑相济"理论与线粒体稳态的相关性,发现补肾方药可以通过纠正线粒体稳态失衡来延缓机体衰老,改善AD患者脑内能量代谢异常、神经元损伤或凋亡.因此在AD中,肾精与线粒体稳态具有相关性,补肾方药治疗AD的科学内涵是改善线粒体稳态失衡.
Discussion on the mechanism of kidney-tonifying prescription for Alzheimer's disease based on the correlation between the theory of"interaction between kidney and brain"and mitochondrial homeostasis
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disorder closely associated with aging,where progressive aging is one factor leading to AD,while abnormal energy metabolism in the brain,neuronal damage,or apoptosis are its main pathological features.Modern research indicates that these three phenomena are closely related to mitochondrial ho-meostasis imbalance.According to traditional Chinese medicine,AD is attributed to"disharmony between kidney and brain,"and replenishing kidney essence is considered the fundamental treatment approach.Based on the theory of"interac-tion between kidney and brain"and modern studies,this paper explores the correlation between the theory of"interaction between kidney and brain"and mitochondrial homeostasis.It finds that kidney-tonifying prescription can correct mitochon-drial homeostasis imbalance,thereby delaying organismal aging and improving abnormal energy metabolism and neuronal damage or apoptosis in AD patients.Therefore,in AD,kidney essence and mitochondrial homeostasis are correlated,and the scientific basis of treating AD with kidney-tonifying prescription lies in improving mitochondrial homeostasis imbalance.
