Meta-analysis of the curative effect of clearing heat and lowering the adverse flow of Qi therapy on gastroesophageal reflux disease
Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of clearing heat and lowering the adverse flow of Qi therapy on gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:By searching CNKI,WANFANG,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Co-chrane Library and other databases,the clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTS)of clearing heat and lowering the ad-verse flow of Qi therapy on gastroesophageal reflux disease published from the establishment of the database to October 2023 were collected.RevMen 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 15 studies involving 1199 patients were included.Meta-analysis results show that clinical total effective rate of experimental group of clearing heat and lowering the adverse flow of Qi therapy(RR=1.20,95%CI(1.15,1.27),Z=7.34,P<0.000 01)and endoscopic effective rate[RR=1.14,95%CI(1.04,1.26),Z=2.76,P=0.006]were better than those of conventional western medicine control group,and the re-currence rate[RR=0.30,95%CI(0.14,0.65),Z=3.06,P=0.002]was lower than that of the conventional western medicine control group,with the statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with clearing heat and lowering the adverse flow of Qi therapy has good clinical effect,but the quality of the included literature is low.Therefore,further verification is still needed by high-quality,large sample and multi-center studies.
