Exploration of the effect of traditional exercises on chronic stable angina with anxiety and depression and its potential mechanism
Chronic stable angina(CSA)is a common clinical type of coronary heart disease,often accompanied by anxiety,depression and other emotional disorders,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.Traditional exercises(including Tai Chi,eight trigrams boxing,six-word qigong,etc.)emphasize the combination of"regulating breath","regulating body"and"regulating mind".It combines physical activity,breathing and psychological adjustment,and can play a comprehensive role in regulating CSA accompanied by anxiety and depression.One of the roles is dredging and regu-lating Qi and blood in the body and regulating breathing Qi,reducing the number of angina attacks in CSA patients,short-ening the duration,and improving blood sugar,blood lipids and cardiopulmonary function;the second is promoting joints,ligaments and muscles movements,and improving the mobility of elderly CSA patients and the quality of life.Traditional ex-ercises play a direct or indirect role in the treatment of CSA by reducing inflammation,regulating blood lipids and blood sugar,improving hemorrheology,regulating intestinal flora,and reducing myocardial oxygen consumption.
