Visualized analysis of Chinese medicine in the treatment of sterility due to anovulation based on CiteSpace
Objective:To sort out and visually analyze the literature of Chinese medicine in the treatment of sterility due to anovulation by CiteSpace software,and to explore the research hotspots and development trends in this field.Meth-ods:The related literature of Chinese medicine in the treatment of sterility due to anovulation published from the establish-ment of the database to December 31,2023 was searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure.CiteSpace soft-ware was used to draw the network map and perform visualized analysis.Results:A total of 1264 relevant articles were re-trieved,and 875 were finally included.The number of publications showed an overall upward trend from 1986 to 2017,and a downward trend from 2018 to 2023.A total of 503 authors and 12 core authors were involved.A total of 470 institutions in China had published articles in this field,and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences ranked the top three in terms of publications.The key words that appeared more than 20 times were ovulation disorder,infertility,clomiphene,acupuncture,review,etc.Eleven clusters were obtained by cluster analysis.The keyword timeline map suggested that emotional therapy,phlegm-resolving and blood-activating,warming acupuncture and moxibustion,and academic schools were new ideas for research in this field.Conclusion:Emotional disease,acupuncture,and Chinese herbs in the comprehensive treatment of sterility due to anovu-lation are the current research hotspots.At the same time,the treatment of the disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has gradually become a development trend.The limited cooperation between the research teams on the treatment of sterility due to anovulation by Chinese medicine has hindered the further development of the research in this field to a certain extent.
