Exploration of the training of high-quality talents for TCM"5+3"integration based on the"Heben Plan"
The TCM"5+3"bachelor-master integration talents training system of traditional Chinese medicine is an innovative measure in China's higher education teaching reform,an active attempt to train high-quality talents of traditional Chinese medicine,and an effective deployment of the concept of education power.This paper starts with the current situa-tion of the TCM"5+3"integration,and summarizes the difficulties and shortcomings of the TCM"5+3"integration talents training in local colleges and universities.By discussing"Heben Plan"from the implementation connotation,characteris-tics,advantages,courses,implementation process,teaching mode,assessment method,credit recognition,etc.,the pa-per shows the practical measures of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine to explore the cultivation of high-quality talents of traditional Chinese medicine through a series of education and teaching reforms such as the"Heben Plan".At the same time,it puts forward for the first time the idea that talents training should be led by school education,so as to provide refer-ence for local colleges and universities to actively adapt to the needs of national and regional economic and social develop-ment in the new era,and further implement the reform of teaching system for bachelor-master integration of the Ministry of Education's Six excellence and One Top Plan 2.0 and high-quality talents training.
