Design and Application of Precisely Temperature Controlled Refrigerating and Preserving System for Vessels
In order to solve the problems of large temperature fluctuation, poor airflow circulation, and limited use of air-controlled hold in storing fruit and vegetable onboard ship,a precisely temperature-controlled refrigerating and preserving system has been designed to meet the demand for fruit and vegetable supply in the long voyage. This system optimizes the refrigeration load regulating technology to avoid the temperature fluctuation caused by frequent startup and shutdown.Orifice plates are used to stabilize the pressure of air supply so as to make the air flow in the hold fully mixed to form a uniform air flow organization.Meanwhile the comprehensive layout plan and installation process are formulated to ensure the functionality and reliability of orifice plate air supply. In addition, the system uses zonal temperature control technology to set appropriate storage temperatures for different fruits and vegetables to prevent"cold damage"and is supplemented by humidification facilities and air-controlled packaging technology to further improve the preservation effect of fruits and vegetables.Onboard verification shows that the precisely temperature-controlled refrigerating and preserving system can extend the preservation period of fruits and vegetables to 45 days, and that the orifice plate air supply method has good application effect.
