摘要

为确保风电安装平台升降装置具有良好的性能,并能安全稳定地使用,以某1 200t自升式风电安装平台为研究对象,对其升降装置的设计和应用进行分析.从升降装置的组成、设备布置、齿条参数、升降单元和控制系统等方面进行设计和分析,重点研究其安全保护机制.通过合理进行系统设计、设备选型和安全控制模式设置,使风电安装平台升降装置得到很好的应用,为此类平台的设计和应用提供参考.

Abstract

In order to ensure the jacking system on the self-elevating wind power installation platform to perform safely and stably in the operation,the design and application of the jacking system is analyzed from the aspects of composition,equipment layout,rack parameters,lifting unit,control system with a 1 200 t self-elevating wind power installation platform as the research object,of which,the focus is on the safety control functional mechanism.The reasonable design,the model selection and the safety control mode settings make the jacking system of the self-elevating wind power installation platform work well and provide a useful reference for the design of such platform.
