摘要

为保证30万吨级浮式生产储油卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)在海上作业时的安全性,对其在位作业工况下的稳性进行分析.计算货油舱的3 种典型装载工况,即储油工况、检查工况和维修工况,介绍完整稳性和破损稳性分析采用的规范标准,计算满足稳性规范要求的许用重心高度并绘制其曲线.在此基础上,对相关技术要点进行探讨,提高海洋工程产品的设计研发能力.

Abstract

To ensure the safety of the 300 000 DWT floating production storage and offloading(FPSO)in the offshore operation,the stability of the FPSO under in-site operating conditions is analyzed,and three typical loading conditions of the cargo oil tank are calculated,namely oil storage conditions,inspection conditions,and maintenance conditions.The specification standards used for the intact stability and damage stability analysis are introduced,and the allowable vertical center of gravity curve that meets the regulatory requirements concerning stability is calculated and drawn.At the same time,technical points to improve the design and development capabilities of marine engineering products are discussed.
