摘要

对脐带缆水下终端(Umbilical Termination Head,UTH)工程样机进行研制,打破国外对相关技术的封锁.在此基础上开展UTH安装技术研究,分析UTH安装技术参数、安装设备和安装步骤,进而基于Orcaflex软件对安装过程中UTH的运动特性进行模拟仿真,计算UTH安装张力,以及UTH在脐带缆扭转和风、浪、流耦合作用下的位移和扭转角度,并结合UTH安装技术参数,给出UTH水下安装对中调节方法,为后续UTH的安装提供参考.

Abstract

The engineering prototype of Umbilical Termination Head(UTH)is developed to break through the bottleneck of technology.On this basis,the research on UTH installation technology is carried out,and the technical parameters,equipment and steps of UTH installation are analyzed.Then,the movement characteristics of UTH in installation are simulated based on Orcaflex software.The installation tension of UTH,and the displacement and torsional angle of UTH under the umbilical cable torsion and wind wave current coupling are calculated.The adjustment method of underwater installation alignment of UTH is given according to the technical parameters of UTH installation,providing reference for the subsequent installation of UTH.
