摘要

针对密性风管采用角钢法兰存在的端面的贴合效果无法保证、气密措施的可靠性较低和巩固措施缺乏等不足,以及采用套管焊接、通风围井和风管改道等措施会导致施工成本、焊接难度和设计难度增加等问题,提出一种密性风管法兰的结构型式.该结构型式的法兰采用整体成型、环形密封槽、法兰垫片和内场密性试验等措施,能解决法兰连接后的气密性问题,在方便施工和提升风管的整体气密性的前提下,有效降低焊接和设计的难度.

Abstract

A structural form of sealable duct flange is proposed to address the shortcomings of the use of angle steel flanges in airtight air ducts,such as the inability to ensure the bonding effect of the end face,low reliability of airtight measures and lack of consolidation measures,so as to solve the problems of increased construction costs and welding and design difficulties caused by casing welding,ventilation enclosure and duct diversion.The flange of this structural form adopts the measures such as integral forming,annular sealing groove,flange gasket,and factory tightness test,which can solve the airtight problem after flange connection.It effectively reduces the difficulties of welding and design on the premise of facilitating construction and improving the overall tightness of the airtight air duct.
